Refund Policy Regarding Dog Treats
At The Pawstin Barkery, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction. Our goal is to provide the highest quality products and services to our valued customers. Due to the nature of our products, we have implemented a refund policy where all sales are final. Any returns or refunds are at the discretion of The Pawstin Barkery and are not guaranteed. If your product arrives damaged during delivery or there is a mistake with your order due to our error, we will gladly offer a resolution. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide one of the following: Replacement Product: We will issue a replacement product of similar value as soon as possible.; Partial Refund: We will offer a partial refund for the damaged portion of the order.; Full Refund: In rare cases of significant damage or errors, we may offer a full refund. All refunds, returns & exchanges are at the sole discretion of The Pawstin Barkery.

Refunds Regarding Bark Cakes and/or Custom Products
Given the perishable and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. All Bark Cakes are photographed the morning of the scheduled pickup to verify a satisfactory product. Should you need to cancel your order, we require a minimum of 48 hour notice - while not guaranteed, we will do our best to accommodate.

To ensure the peak quality and freshness of your order, all products are handcrafted specifically for your designated pickup date and must be picked up by on your scheduled pickup date. Unfortunately, we cannot remake uncollected orders. While the original product will be held for your convenience, please be aware that its visual appeal may diminish over time. However, rest assured that the product remains perfectly safe for consumption.

Order Pickup Notification and Policy:

The Pawstin Barkery prioritizes prompt pickup to guarantee the freshness and quality of your handcrafted treats. A courtesy email notification will be sent the morning of your scheduled pickup date to confirm your order's readiness. Furthermore, we may reach out later in the day as a friendly reminder.

Uncollected Orders:

Please note that The Pawstin Barkery cannot be held responsible for products discarded due to uncollected orders. Orders scheduled for pickup on Wednesday through Saturday will be held for one additional business day. Orders scheduled for pickup on Sunday will be discarded at the end of the business day due to being closed Monday and Tuesday. To ensure your furry friend enjoys their treats at their peak freshness, we kindly ask that you reschedule your pickup time as soon as possible, if necessary. We appreciate your understanding!

Refunds Regarding Merchandise
All of our merchandise, excluding dog treats, are eligible for returns and refunds. To be eligible for a refund, product must be unworn and in the same condition as it arrived and within 14 days of receiving the product. To start your refund or exchange, please email us at woof@pawstinbarkery.com with your name and order number and reason for return. If local to Austin, TX - we may be able to accept a return at our treat trailer but are unable to exchange for another item. If outside of Austin, TX - please email us and we will begin the return/exchange process.

Damaged Merchandise
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We may request supporting documentation, such as photographs, to assess the situation. Based on our assessment, we will decide whether to offer a replacement or refund.
