We kindly request a minimum of 2 business days for all Bark Cake orders. You can place your order up to 6 months in advance. We may be able to accommodate next day requests with sufficient notification but we cannot guarantee. To see if we can help, please email us or message us on Instagram or Facebook.

You will receive an email on the morning of your scheduled pickup date, usually around 8:30 AM. If you have not received this email, please check you spam folder. You can always email us or message us on social media to check on your order as well.
Unless notified otherwise, your order will be available for pickup on your scheduled pickup day during our normal business hours. Orders not picked up will be available for pickup the following business day. If scheduled pickup is on Sunday, the item will be discarded at the end of the day and no refund will be issued.
Unfortunately at this time, we do not deliver any orders - should we need to close our treat trailer, we will reach out to you to arrange delivery.

All Bark Cakes are made to order the day of your scheduled pickup. If you need to store your cake, we recommend storing in the refrigerator for up to 7 days or 3 months in the freezer. Our cakes look their best the day of, but will dry out naturally during storage but will remain completely safe to eat.

Yes and no.. While we love creating custom cakes to help elevate your dog’s special occasion - we have put a temporary pause on all custom orders. Should you have a simple request, such as a gender reveal with a single colored frosting on the inside, then feel free to email us and see if we can help! We appreciate your understanding!

Unfortunately at this time, we only offer local pickup. You can order online or stop by our treat trailer. Should we need to close our treat trailer on the day of your scheduled pickup, we will reach out to make arrangements for delivery

All of our treats are made using quality, human-grade ingredients. We want to know what our dogs are eating and we expect every dog parent to want to know as well. We pride ourselves in providing fresh baked treats for the dogs of Austin but we understand sometimes you need to store them for another time. Our Pupcakes, Paws & Woofles require refrigeration and will be good for up to 7 days. Our Texas Oatmeal & Pupkin Yums can be stored in an air-tight bag or container for up to 7 day as well. We always recommend checking for spoilage prior to feeding.

The Pawstin Barkery was inspired by our dogs & the treats we love to give them.
Rumble was our 10 year old great dane and his 10th birthday actually inspired this idea! He unfortunately passed away before we could ope and is so greatly missed.
Korra is our 9 year old Karelian Bear Dog and quality control inspector. You’ll see her pictures on our instagram and occasionally at our treat trailer!

That depends.. Our Treat Trailer is open full-time at Onion Creek Greenbelt Off Leash Area so there are a few stipulations for us to move our treat trailer for your event.

Yes! We love working with other businesses to create custom dog treats. We can also provide your business with small bite-sized treats to hand our to your four legged guests!
